The grandkids love this place. Mainly because we can get a site near the water and they love to wade. In the fall the blackberry picking is excellent. Its a very popular park and summer reservations are required and you need to plan a long time in advance.
UPDATE May 2009
We took Site # 18 theis last time out, these are some shots of the site. Its right on the water, lots of shade and privacy, full hook ups. It rained a lot whilke we were there, so we toured Mossy Rock and Morton looking for Thrift Stores and Yard Sales, always an adventure. The lake was full of debris, so we had a good time hunting driftwood along the shore. Last fall we collected blackberries, so there is always soemthing to do to entertain the kids.
