Mucho Gusto is not your typical mexican resturant. Its recipes are from central and southern mexico with a different flair. The chef was influenced by lots of styles and wanted to create atypical mexican resturant he has succeeded. The selections have lots of cream sauces, not just your typical tomatoes and cheese sauces of standard fare. We have been numerous times and always have great food. The last time the service was a little lacking, but they made up for it by forgiving the cost of the appetizer.
